What comes with my booth?
Each booth includes (1) 6′ draped table, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket and (1) booth ID sign.
How do I get electricity?
Electricity is ordered directly through Freeman or by clicking HERE.
How can I get more chairs or booth furnishings?
Additional furniture and accessories can be ordered through Freeman by clicking HERE.
How can I get a tv?
Electronic rentals can be placed with Encore or by clicking HERE.
What are the sizes of the booths?
All exhibit spaces are 8′ deep x 10′ wide.
What are the breakdown and set up times?
Exhibitor set-up is 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. All exhibit materials must be dismantled, packed and ready to ship by 6:00 pm on Saturday, April 21, 2018. ABSOLUTELY NO EXHIBITOR IS PERMITTED TO DISMANTLE ANY EXHIBIT PRIOR TO 2:00PM ON SATURDAY, APRIL 21.
What are my sponsorship opportunities?

How can I register my booth staff/edit badge names?
All staff must be registered in the Exhibitor Service Center which can be accessed by clicking HERE.
What is my Exhibitor Service Center Login?
Log in credentials were emailed directly to the registered booth contact. If you did not receive this email or need to have it resent, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You can access the Service Center by clicking HERE.
When will the attendee list be ready?
The post show attendee list will be emailed to you within 10 business days after the Conference.
Can I keep the same booth that I had this year?
The 2018 floor plan was updated to increase visibility and traffic flow in the exhibit hall. All booths are sold on a first come, first serve basis based on the Exhibitor Rewards Program. The more rewards you earn, the earlier you can register. If you register early, chances of keeping the same booth location greatly increase. Please see the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Prospectus for for more information on the ERP and space selection.
Can I switch booths?
You may select a new booth location at any time but availability may be limited.
When will my credit be issued?
Any monies that the MPC owes to you will be credited 10-15 days after the Conference.
