MPC Privacy and Confidentiality Statement

We value your security and privacy. Please read the following privacy and confidentiality agreements for more information.

Privacy

We use the information our members provide to us in accordance with signed engagement letters. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we rely upon to conduct business.

Confidentiality Agreement

The Midwest Podiatry Conference agrees that confidential information received from its members shall be treated as private and safeguarded with all reasonable means. The MPC will not make public or intentionally disclose confidential information to any third party without first receiving authorization. In the event that confidential information is lost or stolen, the MPC agrees to promptly notify affected members.
